If it still won't connect
- "You'll need a wallet on Solana to continue", and no wallets listed. The site can't find a wallet. On a phone, open the site from inside your wallet app, as above. On a computer, check that the extension is installed and switched on, then refresh the page.
- Your wallet is listed but nothing happens. Unlock your wallet, refresh the page and try again.
- You're connected, but your balance is 0. Check that you've connected the wallet, or the account, that holds your tokens. In multi-chain wallets, make sure it's your Solana account, not an Ethereum or BSC one.
- "Insufficient SOL balance for transaction." Connecting is free, but converting needs a little SOL for the network fee.
- Still stuck? Contact support, and say which wallet, which device and which error message you see.
Stay safe when connecting
- Only connect to swap.centric.com and solana-wallet.centric.com. Type the address yourself rather than following a link you were sent.
- Connecting lets the site see your address and ask for approvals. Nothing moves until you approve a transaction, so read each request before you approve it.
- No real site will ask for your seed phrase to connect. See How to spot scams and fake support.
