Most of the time, migrated CNR is safely in your Solana wallet and your wallet app just isn't showing it. Start by checking the blockchain itself, then make the token visible in your wallet.
Step 1: Check your balance on Solscan
Solscan shows what the Solana blockchain records, whatever your wallet app displays.
- Copy your Solana wallet address: the one you entered in the migration tool.
- Go to solscan.io and paste the address into the search bar.
- Look for Centric RISE (CNR) in the account's tokens. Check that its token address is
5STJWBrKaLdFX649gGN1yq8CNyPVmZPVZi5jNuXSSVgC.
If you can see your CNR on Solscan, your tokens are there. It's only a display issue in your wallet: go to step 2.
If you can't, see Not on Solscan either? below.
Step 2: Make CNR show in your wallet
Wallet apps don't show every token automatically. Some hide tokens they don't recognise. Menu names change between app versions, so if yours looks different, check your wallet's own help pages.
Trust Wallet
- Scroll to the bottom of your asset list and tap Manage crypto.
- If CNR is in the list, turn its toggle on.
- If it isn't, tap + at the top right, select the Solana network, and paste the CNR address:
5STJWBrKaLdFX649gGN1yq8CNyPVmZPVZi5jNuXSSVgC. - Check that the name and symbol fill in as Centric RISE and CNR, then tap Import.
Trust Wallet shows a warning that it can't verify the token. That's normal for a token it doesn't know. The address above is the official one.
Phantom
Phantom shows Solana tokens automatically, so there's nothing to add. If CNR isn't showing, Phantom has hidden it:
- On Home, open Tokens.
- Tap the settings (sliders) icon at the top right.
- Find CNR and turn it on.
If CNR isn't in that list at all, Phantom has filtered it out of view. Your tokens are still in your wallet, as Solscan shows.
MetaMask
- Make sure you're in your Solana account.
- In the tokens section, tap +.
- Switch to the Custom token tab and paste the CNR address.
- Tap Next, then Import.
Solflare
Look for the option to add a token under Tokens, and paste the CNR address.
For CNS, follow the same steps with the CNS address: 2jUSPvEuxSxJ6nGpUHyXVAcNxyhugPC1iBeNjhTXzAUy.
Why does my wallet show $0, no price, or "unverified"?
Wallets take prices from market data. Centric hasn't listed CNR on any exchange, so there's no official market price for wallets to show. Depending on the wallet, CNR may show no price, a $0 value, or an "unverified" label. Some wallets may show a price taken from a small unofficial trading pool. That pool isn't a Centric listing.
None of this changes your CNR balance. The number of CNR you hold is what counts, and you can always check it on Solscan.
Not on Solscan either?
- Check the address. Make sure you're searching the Solana address you actually entered in the migration tool. If you have more than one Solana wallet, check each one.
- Check the migration transaction. Look up your migration transaction hash on BscScan. It shows the amount migrated and the Solana address it was sent to.
- Did you enter an exchange address? If the Solana address you entered belongs to an exchange account, the CNR was sent there. Contact that exchange. Centric can't access exchange accounts.
- Did you enter a wrong address? Tokens sent to a valid but wrong address went to that address and may not be recoverable.
- Still missing? Contact support with your BSC address, your Solana address and the migration transaction hash.
