About The Role
Play an integral role as we continue our ambitious growth goals over the next 24 months. We need an experienced Technical Account Manager/Customer Success Manager who will ensure the successful deployments and post-live support activities for new clients joining the Centric Network. Over the next 24 months, you’ll work closely with over 100+ new projects joining the Centric Network and integrating.
This newly created role provides technical service at a high level, helping to ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen key stakeholder relationships. As such, we are seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager/ Customer Success Manager with outstanding communication and customer engagement skills, coupled with strong technical aptitude. You will manage the customer experience to ensure onboarding, user adoption, retention and overall success.
- 10+ years’ TAM OR CSM experience in an information technology environment
- A background in technical account management, Customer Success or Service Delivery for large clients in Banking or Financial Services
- Must be results-driven, self-directed with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
- ITIL certification (v3 or 2011 Desirable)
- ITSM, VMWare, Zendesk, Jira, Blockchain experience preferred
