The Centric wallet is a cryptocurrency wallet that allows you to safely store your Centric Rise and Centric Swap tokens. In addition to standard Send / Receive functionality, the Centric Wallet also allows users to convert between Centric Swap and Centric Rise tokens.
Over time, we’ll add a variety of additional features and services.
No, storing your Centric tokens on the Centric Wallet is completely optional. You may store your Centric tokens on any BEP-20 wallet.
For users who prefer an external wallet, you can find a list of recommended wallets here.
The Centric Wallet is currently in beta, and is available on the web at https://wallet.centric.com.
A mobile wallet is in the works.
You can easily reset your password by clicking the “Forgot password” link on the login pop-up at https://wallet.centric.com. Follow the on-screen instructions.
To recover your 2FA, start by logging in with your Centric Wallet email and password. When prompted to enter your 2FA, click ‘Disable 2FA’ and follow the steps. Please note, after disabling your 2FA, your account will become temporarily limited for security reasons.
Like all cryptocurrencies, there is a small fee to send or convert your CNS/CNR. These fees will be charged in the native CNR/CNS currency depending on the transaction.
Sending and converting to CNS will be charged in CNS, sending and converting CNR will be charged in CNR.
Transaction fees are displayed ahead of time on the Centric wallet interface when performing a transaction.

If you detect unauthorized transactions on your wallet, please get in touch with Centric Customer Support. It’s important you keep your password and ensure you turn on additional security features. Another important tip is to use a unique password and never give it out to anyone.
Given Centric’s decentralized status it’s very important to secure your account with additional security to ensure it’s not possible for anyone to send unauthorized transactions. Should you lose access to your account, the Centric team does not have the ability to recover your wallet for you or to prevent further unauthorized transactions. For this reason, we strongly recommend enabling 2FA on your account. If 2FA is disabled, we’ll temporarily disable your account as a security measure.
We are working on a feature-packed roadmap for the Centric Wallet which will be released over the coming months and years.
Here are a few features we plan to incorporate:

Profit Center – Track your investment and the performance of your holdings.
Tap & Go – Purchase goods over the counter with your phone, with payment confirmation in less than 4 seconds.
Family Accounts – Add the ability for the people closest to you to access your account. Set account limits to keep funds safe yet accessible.
Centric Business Wallet (CENPAY) – Accept Centric Rise as a form of payment. Once verified, you’ll be placed on the Centric Radar so customers can easily find your business locally.
Advanced Security Features – We’ll add state of the art security features to keep your funds protected at all times.
Centric Key – A 2FA hardware key that you can carry with you, adding an additional layer of security.
Centric Notes – Print out Centric Notes and load them with Centric Rise.
