The Centric Convert tool only supports CNR. To convert CNS, first you must swap it for CNR using Centric Swap.

The Centric Convert tool only allows you to convert your full wallet balance. If you want to convert smaller amounts, we suggest sending the amount you wish to convert to a new Tron wallet.

You must pay conversion fees using TRX on Centric Convert. The conversion process requires you to create two transactions totaling about 10 TRX.

Any TRON-based web wallet should work. We recommend TronLink or Tronmask. For additional wallets please reach out to the Centric community.

We suggest creating a BSC wallet on MetaMask. For detailed instructions refer to https://www.centric.com/convert-guide

If you’ve entered the correct BSC wallet address, completed the conversion, and your tokens aren’t appearing at your wallet, then most likely your tokens are there but you need to register the CNR token.

Some wallets (like MetaMask) require you to connect to the BSC network specifically and add the CNR (and CNS) token before it will appear. For instructions on how to make CNR and CNS tokens visible within MetaMask, refer to https://www.centric.com/centric-convert-guide
