Justice League The New Frontier Animated Extra Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes")-Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED

1. How to Enter. During the Promotional Period Log onto www.JLnewfrontier.com, follow the registration directions and complete the online entry form. You must enter your complete name, date of birth, zip code and email address and submit. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address. No automated entry devices and/or programs permitted. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of the Sponsor and receipt of entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt.

2. Promotion Period. Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 am ET on December 15, 2007 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on March 15, 2008 ("Promotional Period").

3. Eligibility. Participation is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) Contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry, and who have Internet access on or before December 14, 2007. Void in Hawaii, Alaska, outside of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, and where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Employees, officers and directors of X-Centic, Inc. ("Sponsor"), Warner Home Video, a division of Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. ("WHV"), and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, dealers, advertising and promotion agencies, manufacturers or distributors of sweepstakes materials and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

4. Random Drawing/Odds. One (1) Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the promotional period, on or about March 19, 2008. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges, which will be final and binding.

5. Grand Prize. One (1) Grand Prize: A trip for the winner and a guest to Los Angeles. Grand Prize winner to appear as an animated "extra" in an upcoming WHV and DC Universe's Animation DVD ("the DVD"). Grand Prize includes; roundtrip airfare (coach class) from the major gateway airport nearest winner's residence; two (2) night hotel accommodations (double occupancy) at hotel selected by Sponsor; ground transportation to and from airport; ground transportation to animation studio; and a daily stipend of $400 per day for the for two days ("Grand Prize"). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") $4,500. Winner will be required to meet with WHV's animator prior to shoot day to develop winner's animation. If winner cannot travel by May 31, 2008, Grand Prize will be forfeited and the Grand Prize awarded to an alternate time permitting. Hotel Accommodations subject to availability. Some blackout dates may apply and itinerary is subject to change. Certain travel restrictions may apply. If The DVD production is canceled, or rescheduled for any reason whatsoever Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the Grand Prize winner and guest other than to supply the trip to Los Angeles as described, excluding the animation for the DVD, or Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the trip with a prize of equal or greater value. If the Grand Prize winner is a minor in his/ her state of residence, then Grand Prize winner's guest must be their parent/legal guardian. Travel companion of Grand Prize winner, if other than the child or parent/ legal guardian of the Grand Prize winner, must be at least 18 years of age (or age of majority if greater than 18). Travel companion must complete, execute and return a Travel Companion Liability Release, and where lawful, a Travel Companion Publicity Release (collectively, the "Travel Companion Release Forms") prior to issuance of travel documents. Failure to return Travel Companion Release Forms in a timely manner may prevent a travel companion from participating in the trip. Grand Prize winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary or the Grand Prize will be forfeited. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor's travel agent, unless otherwise specified by Sponsor. Travel must be completed by May 31, 2008. The winner and his/her travel companion must be legal U.S. residents and are responsible for obtaining travel documents as well as travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) that they may wish to obtain (at their own expense) and hereby acknowledges that the Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Sponsor is not responsible for any acts of nature that might result in travel being prohibited, or DVD animation event being postponed or cancelled. Administrator, and/or any other relevant party, reserves the right to remove or to deny entry to any winner and/or guest who engages in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the set. The Grand Prize is non-transferable; no substitutions or cash awards allowed, except at the discretion of the Sponsor in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Taxes, meals, gratuities, travel upgrades or any other expenses not specifically listed herein is the responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. All details of Grand Prize not specified herein shall be determined solely by Sponsor. Actual value of trip may vary depending upon the point of departure.

6. Notification. Winner will be notified by email on or about March 19, 2007 and will be required to sign, notarize and return, where legal, an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within ten (10) days of prize notification. If winner is considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, Liability/Publicity Release must be signed by his/her parent or legal guardian and the Grand Prize will be delivered to minor's parent/legal guardian and awarded in the name of parent/legal guardian. If winner cannot be contacted within five (5) calendar days of first notification, if prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if winner rejects the Grand Prize or in the event of noncompliance with these Sweepstakes rules, the Grand Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining eligible entries. Upon forfeiture of the Grand Prize, no compensation will be given.

7. Conditions. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Participation in Sweepstakes and acceptance of the Grand Prize constitutes winner's permission for Sponsor and WHV to use his/her name, address (city and state), likeness, photograph, picture, portrait, voice, biographical information and/or any statements made by winner regarding the Sweepstakes for advertising and promotional purposes and for inclusion in the DVD, without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Winner is also required to enter into any additional releases and/or consents that may be necessary in connection with the use his/her name, address (city and state), likeness, photograph, picture, portrait, voice, biographical information and/or any statements made by winner regarding the Sweepstakes for advertising and promotional purposes and for inclusion in the DVD, without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By participating, entrants, winner and travel companion agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its advertising and promotion agencies, WHV and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors, from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in Sweepstakes, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of Grand Prize or participation in any Sweepstakes related activity and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery. Sponsor is not responsible if the Grand Prize cannot be awarded due to travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism. All specifics of the DVD production shall solely be determined by WHV, and is subject to availability, scheduling/production conflicts, and regulatory and other requirements. Entrants who do not comply with these Official Rules in any way shall be disqualified.

8. Additional Terms. In case of dispute as to the identity of any entrant, entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Any potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that such winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry. Sponsor, its affiliates, partners and promotion and advertising agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, telephone or other communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, web site, Internet, or ISP availability, unauthorized human intervention, traffic congestion, incomplete or inaccurate capture of entry information (regardless of cause) or failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit one's ability to enter the Sweepstakes, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this Sweepstakes should (in its sole discretion) virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, Sponsor will select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or web site. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. 9. Use of Data. Sponsor will be collecting personal data about entrants online, in accordance with its privacy policy. Please review the Sponsor's privacy policy at http://www.centric.com/jlsweepstakes/privacy_policy.php. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor's collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor's privacy policy.
